A Premier Soccer League connected club is reportedly securing the services of a promising young talent. The player recently helped TUT win the Varsity Football title. His debut could happen very soon.

Lucky Raphala joined Sekhukhune United FC during the 2025/26 season. The club’s scouts spotted him at the Tshwane University of Technology during the Varsity Football Cup tournament.

He signed a first-team contract with Babina Noko. However, the twenty-one-year-old spent his time playing only for their DStv Diski Challenge team.

Raphala has now terminated his contract with Sekhukhune United FC. He has since resurfaced at Real Native.

He might make his debut for the team formerly known as Casric Stars. They host NWU in a Motsepe Foundation Championship fixture in KwaNdebele on Friday at 15:30.

“Raphala has been training with us for two weeks now. He is a quality player. We want to give him opportunity here at Real Native,” a source shared, as reported byKickOff.

“He has been doing well at training. He is ready to play anytime soon.”

Real Native currently sits third in the league standings. They trail log leaders Magesi FC by four points after playing eight matches.
