Juventus closed the season in sixth place, missing out on the Champions League and securing a spot in the upcoming Europa League campaign. A draw against Torino in the final match confirmed both a sporting and financial setback, prompting the club to initiate steps toward a new project.

One of the primary focus areas has become strengthening the goalkeeper position. According to reports from Romeo Agresti, Juventus is diligently pursuing the acquisition of Alisson Becker. The Brazilian goalkeeper of Liverpool is seen as a potential first-choice player who could also assume a leadership role within the squad.

The club’s absence from the Champions League does not appear to have dampened the player’s interest. Reports suggest that Alisson remains intrigued by the prospect of moving to Turin and views the club’s sporting direction positively. This is being considered a very encouraging sign within Juventus.

Discussions have reportedly been ongoing for several days. The Brazilian international’s entourage has informed Juventus officials that Alisson is open to a transfer following several years at Liverpool. However, the process of finalising this transfer still appears challenging. Juventus will need to negotiate agreements with both the player’s representatives and Liverpool.

Alisson is currently under contract with the English club until June 2027. The Reds are reportedly willing to offload their goalkeeper for approximately 15 million euros, and there’s a belief in Turin that the negotiations could gain momentum.
