Leicester vs Chelsea Betting Tips

  • Bet on Chelsea to win – 1.55 at Betway.
  • Bet on Chelsea to win 2-0 – 8.00 at Betfred.
  • Bet on only Chelsea to score – 2.29 at Betway.

Bet on Chelsea to win

Chelsea are flying high in the league this season. They are third in the league with 19 points after 11 games. Enzo Maresca’s side will not challenge for the league this season but look set to potentially return to the Champions League next season which will be a step in the right direction for them. Leicester have so far had a difficult return to the Premier League and find themselves in 15th place. To make matters worse for the Foxes entering this game, Blues boss Maresca managed them last season and led them back to the Premier League. Maresca will be well-versed on the strengths and weaknesses of the Foxes. He will use formations which exploit their weaknesses.

Bet on Chelsea to win 2-0

Chelsea’s weak point this season is their defence. That is what separates them from table toppers Liverpool. The Reds have the best backline in the league so far this season. Chelsea’s attack spearheaded by Cole Palmer has exceeded expectations so far this season and may be a bit too difficult to deal with for the Foxes. One can expect Chelsea to dominate possession in this game and score at least two goals with Palmer scoring at least one himself. Palmer’s team-mates have also been delivering this season in contrast to last season and so one can also expect Nicholas Jackson to cause problems for the Foxes.

Bet on only Chelsea to score

Chelsea will prioritize defending well in this game in order to give their backline more confidence ahead of more challenging games later this season. They are unlikely to find dealing with a 37-year-old Jamie Vardy too difficult and could well succeed in preserving a clean sheet in this game.
