Harry Kane continues to showcase his brilliance since his move to Munich, proving himself as one of the world’s elite strikers. The English forward is shattering records, lifting trophies, and establishing himself as a strong contender for the 2026 Ballon d’Or.

According to Ben Jacobs and Sam Cohen from GiveMeSport, the 32-year-old is expected to sign a new deal with Bayern. Talks between the two parties started during the 2025/2026 season, showing significant progress early on. Negotiations are set to resume during the summer.

The Bavarian club has made it clear they have no plans to part with their star striker. Interest from clubs like Barcelona and Al-Hilal was swiftly dismissed, as it was emphasised that Kane is not available on the market.

In London, hopes of a return for their legendary player have been alive for some time. However, such a scenario was unlikely from the outset. Kane is happy in Germany, and his current form shows no signs of decline or nearing the end of his career.

Securing a contract extension with Kane has become a top priority for Bayern. The club is eager to ensure the future of their offensive leader, particularly with Real Madrid growing more interested in Michael Olise.

As a result, Tottenham will need to explore alternative solutions for their attack. A potential return for Kane to North London seems plausible only once his next contract with Bayern comes to an end.
