Yesplay Withdrawal Methods
If you are lucky enough to have winnings in your Yesplay customer account you can decide to make a Yesplay withdrawal request. According to the operator’s website you have two options.
Send to Bank
- You will need to access the Yesplay site and log into your customer account (if you don’t have an account yet, check out our Yesplay registration guide),
- Then select the main menu in the top left hand corner of your screen,
- Next, select ‘my wallet’,
- You then need to select ‘make withdrawal’,
- The next step is to choose the ‘send to bank’ option,
- You will then be presented with a drop down menu: you need to select your chosen bank,
- Then enter your bank account number,
- You may be asked to upload proof of your bank account,
- Next, enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your Yesplay customer account,
- Finally, select the ‘submit’ button to confirm the transaction.
Withdraw from ATM
- Go to the Yesplay site and log in,
- Tap on the main menu button at the top of the screen on the left,
- Then select ‘my wallet’,
- You will see a few options, including Yesplay deposit. You need to select ‘make withdrawal’,
- Then choose the ‘withdrawal from ATM’ option,
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from the account and tap ‘submit’,
- You will then be sent a voucher number and PIN,
- You can then take the voucher number and PIN and use them at any standard bank ATM to make the withdrawal,
- You can also make the withdrawal using the voucher and PIN at Rhino, Game, Pick n Pay and Spar stores.

Customer account holders can withdraw funds using the Yesplay website and selecting either sending the withdrawal to their bank, or withdrawing from an ATM. The voucher and PIN created for this second withdrawal can also be used to collect the money at selected stores.
EFT withdrawals should take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours to clear into your bank account. Using the ATM option may take a little longer as you need to access a bank’s ATM as well.
There may be a number of reasons why a Yesplay withdrawal is reversed. It may be that you have not completed the wagering requirements, or that you still need to provide your FICA documents. Once you have met any of the requirements your withdrawal can be requested again.
Customer account holders are not able to cancel a withdrawal once it has been made. You may be able to stop the withdrawal if it hasn’t been processed yet. But you should contact the customer support team if you want to try this.
