Barcelona vs Espanyol Betting Tips

  • Bet on Barcelona to win- 1.15 at Betway
  • Bet on Barcelona to win 3-0- 7 at Betfred
  • Bet on Barcelona to keep a clean sheet- 2.13 at Betway

Bet on Barcelona to win

Barcelona have undergone a tremendous transformation this season. Last season, they were deeply inconsistent and ended the season sacking club legend Xavi. This season under Hansi Flick, they are playing great football. They are not only the best team in Spain right now but also one of the best in Europe and could be a contender to even go far in the Champions League at this rate. There is a gulf in class between the two teams. Espanyol are relegation candidates this season. Barcelona will dominate this clash from start to finish and go on to claim a comfortable and comprehensive win.

Bet on Barcelona to win 3-0

These are two teams at opposite ends of the table. Barcelona are hoping to win the league this season and get one over arch-rivals Real Madrid. They are currently looking significantly better than Madrid and well on course towards winning the league this season under Hansi Flick. Espanyol are aiming to avoid relegation this season. Barcelona will have the lions share of possession in this game and can be expected to sail to a comfortable win. Espanyol won’t cause them serious trouble.

Bet on Barcelona to keep a clean sheet

Espanyol simply won’t cause much trouble to the Barcelona defence in this game. The Barcelona backline is the best in Spain by a mile at the moment and even one of the best in Europe. It kept Madrid at bay easily recently as the Blaugrana thrashed their arch-rivals. If Madrid could not penetrate Flick’s backline, it is hard to see Espanyol doing so with ease.
